General Questions
1.How to use a discount code?
After adding the product to your cart and clicking on payment, you can find a text box on the checkout page where you can enter your discount code. Click on the apply button to enjoy the corresponding discount.
2.What if I forgot to use the discount code after I've paid?
If you forgot to use the discount code when placing the order, please send the order number and a screenshot of the discount code to support@kingsmithstrength.com, and we will process it for you as soon as possible.
3.What currency are the prices displayed in on the website, and are they inclusive of taxes?
The prices displayed are in USD and already include taxes, so there is no need for additional payment.
4.Can I cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible to cancel your order before it ships.

1.Are the products shipped all at once?
Yes, our large items such as Smith machines are shipped in one wooden crate with comprehensive packaging, ensuring no missing parts or logistical difficulties.
2.What should I do if there is a problem with the product?
If the product is defective or damaged, please email us with photos or videos so that we can send you replacement parts.
3.How do I install the product?
We have detailed instruction manuals and installation videos available for your reference. If you encounter any issues during installation, please feel free to email us for assistance.
Shipping FAQs
1.How soon after ordering can I expect shipment?
Trampolines and basketball hoops are usually shipped within 3 business days after placing the order and typically take 3-7 days for delivery.
Smith machine and Functional traniers are usually shipped within 7 business days after placing the order and typically take 2-10 days for delivery.
2.What is the shipping cost?
All of our orders, excluding areas where delivery is not available, come with free shipping.
3.What if I entered the wrong address or want to change the shipping address?
Please email us immediately at support@kingsmithstrength.com before shipment so that we can make the correction.
Return & Refunds FAQs
1.Whats the return policy?
If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. For details, please check our Returns And Cancellations page.
2.How long does it take to receive the refund after returning the product?
Once delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for your return and refund to be processed. Once processed, we will initiate a refund to the form of payment used on the original order, which may take 24-48 hours to appear on your end.
